How do
I track my packages that have been shipped?

You may obtain your own tracking
numbers from logging in to your "My Account" page of our website. Click
on "Account History" and simply click on "View" orders and you will find your UPS tracking number. You can track multiple orders for the last 30 days.

numbers for all of your orders.

No,
we do not ship via the US Postal service to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto
Rico if requested in the "comment box" of the order form. We will
charge a $5.00 handling fee for UPS orders. Our website will
indicate the order has NOT been processed, however you will recieve a
tracking number via UPS tracking information
Yes,
we will ship internationally into Canada only via UPS. This is due
to international credit card & PayPal Fraud. We will ship
"overseas" to the "purchaser" of the merchandise only. Be advised when shipping internationally a Duty/Brokers fee
will be owed upon delivery per UPS International.
Orders
are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Delivery days are determined by
UPS World Wide Shipping. Regular ground shipments take from 3 to 10 days
depending on your location.
We
stock various quantities of merchandise, however we deal in fast moving
merchandise, so quantities change daily. If you would like to receive
periodic "product updates" via email, go to the "contact us" page and
complete the appropriate information required to be added to our email
listing.
We
ship UPS regular ground unless an expedited shipping
method is selected. If you visit www.UPS.com you may obtain shipping
rates from their on line freight rate guide. We ship from Los Angeles, CA 90023. If you would like to forward a
"fax" number, we can provide you with a copy of an UPS freight rate
guide. We have a $2.50 handling per order (not piece ordered).

If your order was lost or damaged a claim needs to be filed with UPS. To file a claim please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877).
ALL Claims must be filed within 14 days or sooner.

We do not accept returns on video game and video game consoles. All sales are final.
All products that are dead upon arrival must be reported within 48 hrs after reception. NO REFUNDS on video game and video game consoles.

The returned item should
include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, RMA number,

All of the gaming comes with Manufacturers warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.
Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.
If the return has been received to our warehouse after 14 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the Member at their expense.
Cell Phones And Cells Phone Accessories: This policy is applicable ONLY to the return of cell phones and cell phone accessories.
We do not accept returns on cell phones EXCEPT if defective. For the return of any defective cell phone E-Digital Electronics, Inc. must be notified within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. NO REFUNDS on cell phnes, only EXCHANGE.
All cell phones returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in original condition. (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories) .
Some GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) providers include Cingular, Tmobile, AT&T, etc… A GSM network differs from a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) network in several ways, the easiest to distinguish by being that a GSM phone requires a SIM card (which is not included). SIM cards can be obtained from your provider.
When purchasing a GSM phone you should take into consideration which bandwidth frequency is available in your area. Please contact your service provider for assistance.
The frequency coverage depends on the area and your service provider.
GSM cellular phones only run on 4 possible frequencies, 850/900/1800/1900.
Quad Band phones can run on all 4 frequencies, Tri Band phones will only work on 3 out of the 4 frequencies, and Dual Band phones will only work on 2 out of the 4 frequencies.
850/1900 are US frequencies, and 900/1800 are international frequencies.
The majority of our Tri Band phones are 900/1800/1900 which means they work internationally as well as on a US 1900 frequency (850 frequency will not work). Please check with your provider for details on the frequency in your area prior to placing your order.
Phones returned due to frequency issues are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee.
All phones intended for use with carriers other than GSM networks are marked accordingly.
As the majority of phones we offer are international models, and are not assigned to one specific carrier, unless marked otherwise, the GSM phones can be used on any GSM network: Cingular, Tmobile, AT&T, etc… However for best service from your cellular phone, the above frequency regulations must be observed.
*Cell phones which are marked as unlocked ( being international phones ) are not capable of working on the internet. They are not enabled to browse the internet and will not be able to access it.
E-Digital Electronics, Inc. also provides you with certain CDMA and IDEN phone models which work with the provider specified ion the item description.
All phones intended for use with CDMA and IDEN networks are specifically marked.
PLEASE NOTE: All cellular phones are sold as is and do not include manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the return policy for further information.
Without exception, no item may be returned without prior authorization in the form of an RMA number provided by customer service at E-Digital Electronics Inc.
Important Notice:
In the case of a return without prior authorization from E-Digital Electronics, Inc. the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or at the customer’s request MegaGoods may elect to accept the item back with a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.
DOA cell phones: For the return of any Dead On Arrival cell phone E-Digital Electronics, Inc. must be notified within 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. This type of return may come back only for exchange without exception.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where E-Digital Electronics, Inc. has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer. In addition the incorrect item must remain in its complete original condition, be unused, and at the point of return contain all of the items originally included in the shipment pertaining to all accessories protective coverings and packing materials.
Unwanted items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be in their original condition and appear unused. All protective covering and accessories must also be included in the original packaging and be in original condition never having been removed.

Please note: The cell phones represented on e-Digital-Electronics.com are international models and will hold no manufacturer warranty. Select models may be taken to a nearby manufacturer service center to be serviced at the recipient’s expense. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
If the return has been received to our warehouse after 14 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the Member at their expense.
We
will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming
email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered.
If your email is in reference to a pending order, call us, we have been
known to process orders and packages quicker than answering email.
If
this item is meant to be shipped overseas, to Indonesia, South Africa,
Singapore, and you are being paid with a Western Union Bid Pay Money
Order, you are a Victim of Fraud. Contact Western Union, offer the
serial number of your Money Order to them, and they will confirm if it
is real or fake.
If you have received payment via PayPal, you must access the details of
the Paypal payment, and confirm if you are shipping to a “Confirmed”
PayPal Account Holders Address. If the payment is “Unconfirmed” Do Not
Proceed (see Paypal’s Seller Protection Policy). We will need the
Paypal account you have received from your customer for our records in
order for us to proceed.
If you have received payment via a Credit Card, you must ship to the
credit card account holders billing address ONLY. (This information is
offered to you within the authorization number provided to you from
your Merchant Credit Card Processor).
Can I
use my own shipper number or someone elses shipping account number for
shipping?
A:
No,
we cannot use another accounts shipper number. You would need to
contact the shipper directly, and schedule your own pickup. You may
call for more details.
